According to California Fire Code 304.1.2 Vegetation and San Diego Municipal Code, Section 54.0206 Public Hazards and Public Nuisances everyone with property under their control is required to maintain the property free from weeds, rubbish and other forms of waste as well as any type of growth capable of being ignited.
